  Myself and my teenage son stayed here for 2 nights. From the telephone booking with Ray to time we left the hotel everything was fantastic. Lovely twin room. Very quiet at night and we felt safe. Home from home. Thank you for making our trip to Great Yarmouth special.

  Fabulous place. We stay here on a regular basis and the service is always excellent. We are always welcomed like old friends. The rooms are very clean and tidy, the breakfast is excellent. Cannot rate them highly enough.
  Highly recommend a stay here.
